Joseph Trust exists to help disadvantaged young people to reach their potential. We work with 10-16 year olds in the York area who have been either excluded from mainstream education or are at high risk of being excluded.
We have a facility on a farm where we teach the children horticulture, woodwork and mechanical engineering in an inclusive and supportive environment.

Read More »Exploring Signs of Spring. We hunted down last year’s nests and checked out how they were made and what materials the skillful birds had used. We made some fantastic clay birds and used our new knowledge to make nests for them…some of us made nests big enough to get into ourselves!
